God, this poor world of ours. The war-craziness of the declining Western empires, the cooptation of mainstream media by - I guess - the arms industry, generalized environmental destruction, erosion of human rights, the corporate capture, corruption and incompetence of Western governments, the rise of the racist far-right ... and this. I have reasons to be glad I'm soon 70.
