The Problem is not that the Art came from a non-human. The Problem is that AI art is always the culmination of stolen art analysed and reproduced. So AI art is not AI art it is bad replicas of other peoples art.
AI itself doesnt need to be bad. Lets say you create your own AI and you train it only with art you have created yourself. If you use that then to create something i would consider it art at least. Its all about how you do it and how the process came to be for me. I mean it wasnt that long ago when digital art (made with PC and such) was seen as fake art. New methods arent necessarily bad. But the way AI is used right now definitly is.
