How dangerous? Depends on 2 factors:
1. Whether it has total access to all information on all people and nations. This is obviously not possible at this point since not everything has been digitalized and/or networked together. For example, a nation's intelligence is either not accessible or behind extensive firewalls etc. But could AI defeat it? Potentially.
2. The person(s) or organization(s) which control AI. Someone immoral or amoral could do a lot of damage.
So this definitely needs to be discussed IMO.
