This sounds paranoid and under-researched. Chat doesn't use user input to train ChatGPT. It remembers specific user input only for future sessions with that user. Chat doesn't "take my word for it" that things actually happened the way I described them. Like, if I tell chat that "today Kileaua blew her top and we had to run from the lava and jump in the ocean" Chat is NOT going to record that as an actual historical eruption.
