As a student of Software Engineering and an artist, the current trend going on with people generating AI Art honestly makes me feel disgusted. AI should be used to HELP artists with their process of visualisation in creating new works, not spit out straight up copyrighted works in the same style of other artists. I’m glad that you spoke up about this, Sam. There should be an ethical way of using AI that does not sabotage artists. There has to be a better way to coexist with technology.
