Art is actually really simple to define: It is a piece of reality put in some order (the artwork) that can then be consumed by another piece of reality (in that case a human) in which that piece of reality that was put in order (the artwork) invokes a chemical chainreaction in the other part of reality (the human) that can then have a subjective experience about the piece of reality put in order (the artwork) and call it "good". I know, brainfuckery! I am NOT pro AI, i personally would be happy if it was never "invented" but here we are...I find it fascinating that mathematics and some computation machine can in essence create something that humans could call "art". I see how problematic that becomes in a world where those who have to struggle a lot for over decades to be good enough at art to pay their bills with it are "overrun" by these algorithms. Well...We live in a reality in which the more powerful thing always overrules the less powerful thing. Black holes eat matter, the sun burns whatever gets into it, floating pieces of reality (meteors, planets and what not) collide and whatever was stronger stays...Lions eat antelopes, birds eat worms...the animal kingdom...and we are part of it. So, if you want "survive" you have to fight. That's sadly how it is...After all capitalism is the same as fighting for survival, just in a more psychological way...we still play the same games...the map on which we play looks a bit different...
