Tesla should "stop mis-selling" their cars and kills people on the road and pretend to be L4 or L5 until Tesla made clear it is just L2 automation when selling to customers.
In fact Tesla should design their car and threat it like an L2, if the car sees yellow flashing lights emergency vehicles regardless of same lane or next lane, the car must warn driver for him to take back control of the car "L2 does not have capability to decide on their own in an irregular situation".
