We have already screwed ourselves. What makes it worse is that those top brass at the head of these projects idiotically think you can control shielded electronics controlled by internal programmers. No human hacker will ever be able to crack whatever evolving language shell an AI would throw up. Only electromagnetic weapons would take them down.
