Driving a car is complex. I drive defensively because other drivers do stupid things. For example they may signal to go right but then suddenly realize that that is the wrong direction. Next they spin their steering wheel and go left while cutting me off. Had I been closer to them there would have been an accident.
So i do not trust self driving cars to be able to navigate safely - especially during rush hour traffic.
