The only time I've enjoyed AI quote and quote art is when it's been absolutely craziest fly. Other than that, it's just stealing. I guess to say I don't mind it in a parody type of sense. Like concepts that would never happen.
However, I don't like the theft of actual work, especially of living artists were just recently passed artist.
I also think that the only thing I've ever seen good to potentially come out of AI is of a course in the medical world. Like you said, I've yet to see anything beneficial outside of that.
I would say leave the art to humans because art is what makes us human.
