If this were a normal driver's dashcam, the case would be closed already. Just a stupid person crossing the road without looking. No way anyone could stop that car in time. As for the Uber - well, it was released too quickly. But even a perfect self-driving car WILL ultimately have a malfunction, there's no such thing as perfectly save technology.
