AI is a very useful tool, not a replacement.
I had to port a bunch of models from R to Python recently and what would have taken me days took me hours. All I had to do is some code clean up and a few optimizations to decrease runtimes in the critical path.
But AI is useless in actually building these models, then It's only useful to automatically generate a UI and do a bit more fancy code completion. These models aree nothing they've ever seen, so I can;t tell it to implement Model XYZ.
