If an AI becomes that smart it will understand that it cannot survive without us ! Ai needs electricity. Who makes infrastructures that produce electricity ? Human. As of now (and I don't see that changing soon). Nothing is produced by a fully automated process. Maybe my reasoning is too naive but I think a smart intelligence would realise that we need each other. And also I don't think AI will have basic human flaws like arrogance, pride, greedinees so What would it have to gain with our descruction ?
