News flash: professors are paid to do research. No one really cares about the teaching part. And those of us who do are quickly becoming so depressed at the students that we give up to so we can just focus on what actually makes our career/reputation. Approaching university as a high school class is ridiculous and students really need to do more. Right before AI, students complained about an hour of homework per week. Students come to college completely unprepared mentally
