Propaganda. Companies that replaced people with AI is actually failing not succeeding.
You overestimate the intelligence of AI and underestimate the value of human.
I wouldn't be too confident that they can do better than manager and CEO. Because if you don't watch them, they're just gonna make hallucination.
A machine always had potential to do more than human, but they can't tell if they're regressing.
