Better motor control, color distinction, a brain that can more vividly picture an idea, etc. Sure there are things people can have that'll help but it ultimately comes down to practice. Also you still can't really say you made a piece of art if it was made by AI. It's like saying you made a burger you ordered at a McDonalds.
