The people can choose (forced) to live a self introspective lifestyle with a deeper understanding of humanity and be known for what they contribute to their neighbors life. Or fall into a life of ecstasy and cut their own human life span living a non productive life. This is what automation will lead us.
Gone are the days of systematic capitalism. Now is a new dawn if accepted to reform all that we know. The changes taking place will call upon a revolution that many will not take easily, and a lot of blood will shed during these transitional years. Usually the people who cannot assimilate are the ones who never took interest in loving their neighbor or themselves. And only worshipped money.
