This is all looking like a dystopian sci-fi movie.
But of course...due to the "secretive" nature of the algorithm and how it blatantly disproportionately and incorrectly targets minorities...in a country where all levels of law enforcement are known to do that anyway...I think it's safe to assume the algorithm's apparent racism isn't a bug...but a feature.
