Raw LLM Responses

So I'm a disabled artist. I have multiple disabilities (physical and mental/learning/mental health), and art, using my body and mind (as different as they are from the average) to create things is one of my all time favourite things to do. AI is not accessible, and it's not a tool for helping us artsy disabled folks. If it's anything, it's a tool to hurt us. Before the AI boom, I would supplement my disability payments doing commissions. Just quick, cheap little things so I could afford some little treats, or to squirrel away some cash for a rainy day. But now? Nada. Zip. Zilch. Why pay me to do something when the AI could do it for free as often as they want? So yeah, AI has only screwed me. And frankly, I find the idea of "well AI lets disabled people do art!! it's accessibility!!" to be insulting as hell. Like, disabled people can make art on their own. Well we all be Van Goghs or Da Vincis? No, but that's okay. Art is about EXPRESSION and invoking emotions. Machines can't have expressions or emotions, because they're not alive. They're hunks of dead metal vomiting out reductive, stolen forgeries based on the hard work and souls of millions of real people. If someone set a button in front of me that would delete all the training data of these generative AIs, and implement a law that forced these companies to get permission from artists (including authors and musicians) and compensate them, but at the cost of my current art abilities? I'd do it in a heartbeat. And then learn to paint with my mouth.
