Yeah I guess a driverless car would minimize uber driver misconduct but on the other hand a driverless car could be dangerous and unaccountable. Only if we had some kind of organized system of dedicated drivers that could both be held accountable and were incentivised to behave well. The cars could be brightly colored so that it's easy to identify one on the street and they'd be owned by the company so that maintenance costs wouldn't be shunted to the drivers.
