Art is about the emotions, practice, and talent someone puts on paper. The struggle making the image is what's interesting, as all things are in life. Hard work brings forth amazing things...
AI has no thought or emotion behind it's work because it's a robot, it has no feelings. And thus, the AI image has no passion put into it, and thus no soul. And AI art has no struggle or effort to create either, thus the lack of "talent" doesn't spark inspiration amongst others.
