i don't like ai for my own reasons but i just gotta say that ai art isn't theft
for context i'm a copyright abolisionist, so i don't care about any copyight. but anyway, here's my argument:
ai can't make art. because machine learning can't physically "think" it is incapable of conciously or subconciously merging and mixing ideas together (also known as thinking)
it's not that ai artists aren't artists because they steal (because they don't), it's that making a work in that way is physically not art.
tldr: i don't like ai art because ai can't make art.
for more info i really recommend the youtube video by "josh (with parentheses)" called "you are a better writer than AI. yes, you." it's genuinely one of my favorite youtube videos of all time.
anyway, i don't know who shadiversity is. uhhhhhhh
