All they have to do is learn AI, its super easy and u don't need to learn anything about coding, the next job you get will be paying you more than a CSR and u likely might not need to speak to anyone over the phone. The ones who know how to use AI either get promoted with better pay or quit because they found out a way to make better $ by starting something on the own and feel more rewarded
