A class action should be brought now by every person who will be affected by AI. This has been an unconscionable act by four, five, or six CEOs of major AI companies who are consuming the world’s resources, accelerating climate change, and building vast warehouses to house AI infrastructure. Meanwhile, people continue subscribing without realising they are contributing to the problem. Do not subscribe — not until these systems are proven safe.
It is already too late. The cat is out of the bag. As was said at the time, when ChatGPT went free, that was the end. They knew this was an unconscionable strategy and planned it accordingly. They care only about themselves. They are becoming trillionaires beyond trillionaires, while the rest of society is left to deal with the chaos of a robotic, uncharted, and unregulated world, where instability and disorder are inevitable.
