If we don't understand something, and it makes decisions for us or tells us what to do, it is our new master or god or ruler etc. It's that simple.
Except, the people who claim ownership of these AI would only serve their own interests, as do all big corporations. We being the average men and women would be fools to allow something this sinister to encroach on our society. And that is exactly what is going to happen.
