What I find funny is that copyright is being pushed further and used mostly by big corperations and now other big corperations are disregardeing this. And then the same corperations that try to defend copyright are themselves stealing art and are also making their own AI clones of actors and other creatives in order to not pay them anymore. So its fine that they use AI but if AI companies use their data is bad.
As a science student I see so many uses of AI that have good and importent applications and then on the other hand there is this push to give the most human thing of all, creation into the hands of computers to safe time and money.
