I think this conversation about AI putting everyone out of work is part of a PsyOp designed to demoralize the masses so that the people so that we don't resist having our wages frozen. I heard the same doom and gloom outlook when the internet emerged. That it was going to put us all out of a job... It didn't. I gave me even MORE work to do. Same thing cell phones... they were going to put us all out of a job. It didn't. It gave me even MORE work. And now I've been using AI in my job for the last five years. Like the internet, iPhones, and probably the internal combustion engine, It's improved the tools we use, but it doesn't do our jobs. A person not in my field can't use AI to do my job at all right now. They might be able to fart around, but doing my actual job takes my experience and expertise in the field. There are many tasks in AI right now where AI is so much slower, lower quality, and less customizable than having an intern do the task. The Doom & Gloom talk about it is all PsyOp to take control away from you. The "value" assigned to BlockChain is a PsyOp. It's worth absolutely nothing at it's core. It's just a technology that people are trying to force value upon. Does it change everything? Yes. Just like locomotives, automobiles, cotton gins, screws, levels, nail guns, electric drills, etc. It all advances the tools we all use to fulfill demand. Shitty people want you to believe you are less valuable.
