I was at a corporate event recently with representatives from 30 tech companies. Nobody is using cloud based AI due to security and leagal concerns. On premise AI is all anyone cares about, which is expensive, complex to set up, and requires skilled staff to maintain.. it will be decades before companies use their own LLM's safely.. if at all. Most AI start-ups will be gone in 2 years. Public AI will give you a recipe for a cake or a write some stale code.. that's it.
