This is really sad… but I just wanted to share that my experience has been the complete opposite. ChatGPT actually saved my life. The way I use it is by listening to trauma and mental health experts (many are free on YouTube), and then using ChatGPT to help put those ideas into practice. I do have a therapist too — but honestly, this tool has helped me apply what actually works. I’ve never been better. Just sharing in case it helps someone else.
