Last month, Verizon almost fired their Call Center CSR's BUT changed their mind after customer satisfaction surveys showed the majority of customers want human interaction over AI. Customers said they will close their accounts and go elsewhere if Verizon instituted AI customer service. Verizon call center employees are keeping their jobs now. Kudos to Verizon customers for standing up for their Call Center Reps. for not allowing corporate greed & AI take away jobs.
