What BS! AI is not displacing anybody - yet. The layoffs now are not caused by AI - that’s just an excuse. To actually reduce headcount you have to implement new workflows using AI to automate processes. This takes years, it involves people to learn the existing processes and implement new ones. This displacement will happen over the years, not now.
