One way to prove that you created something is to post the process. I use procreate, which creates a nice timelapse for you. Another way is to create art in closed off ecosystems such as drawing on a Switch with Colors Live. You can't import any thing, so you can't just post an ai image there or trace something else. Also there is a timelaps of your canvas when you post there. Of course, having the original hard copy with traditional art achieves a similar thing, though could be faked.
