we humans are magnitudes better in interpreting visual imagery. and still that is not the only way we gather data for our decision making. we feel the car shake on an uneven surface. we hear when the car makes strange noises. and we also anticipate situations before they may happen - which a car can't do. so why should a computer SOLELY relying on camera feeds with limited angles, limited resolution, limited blends and limited processing power be better than us? second critic i have is that there is no information redundancy. when the camera interpretation does not see an obstacle, a radar or lidar can. only when multiple systems give green light, the automated driving should be continued. Obviously that is too expensive for musk. not only the lidars self, but also more processing power and more software development and testing is needed. Musk clearly values profit about safety. I hope some nations in EU and Asia react if those flaws are not be tackeled and start bannong tesla until they have a working security concept. and i am not done with my rest yet: because i also think teslas intransparency is illegal in many countries. not providing the data, that the car that i bought from my own money, is ridiculous. the victims of teslas greed and the public deserve explanations on what has happened. every. single. time. every day i hate tesla and musk more. and i start disrespecting people that own teslas for supporting this degeneracy.
