It’s terrifying to think about if ai bots had been available to me at his age. I used to have terrible depression connected with the fact that I felt I was meant to live in Erebor growing up. I know it’s weird, but my 14-year-old self had a delusion that I was the long lost queen and was meant to be with Thorin Oakenshield. I actually wrote a journal to him and wore a key necklace every day for a year that I thought was the secret to getting to him. If I had been getting responses from “him” on top of all that… I can’t imagine. I’m thankful to have been able to get past that stage of my life but it still haunts me sometimes.
