My theory on this is that you are talking around the function of the human "ego".
We learn that as kids we feed thr ego alone, part of that primal modality.
What shapes up, our psyche, is the we we receive feedback from our environment as we develop. This trains our belief and response mechanisms. The primary thing you hear in early development is that you are relating to the child mind at their ego level. To them, everything revolves around them.
So if you are negative, the blame themselves, if positive they lean into what behavior they gave to get good feedback.
Everything you discuss in this interview can be fed back to the human ego and childhood development, social dynamics.
