AI apocalypse for entry level jobs is a given. There's no avoiding it. What you should be trying to do is getting out of people's way so they're not 10/10 angry with you about it when it the big dip happens. You're too big, doing too much, to too many people, to highly negative results. You have to start yanking out some of these mandates. Medical costs are multiple factors higher than they should be simply because the laws around these services are too bloated. There is no other cause.
If medical companies had to compete, the costs would be trivial. You give them the excuse that they had to hyper-rigidize to check thousands of fed boxes or the DEA would knock their house over with a light tank. They price fix and price gouge around that central point. It was set up in bad faith, and it is continuing in bad faith. 1970 was the year we died as a nation, now we're just a genocidal zombie.
