As an author myself, it is really and I mean really frustrating how ai slop is taking over not just the field of writing but every aspect of art, it is for real munching on our irregularities and twisting the perspective of people into liking something that has no meaning whatsoever just fanciness to get their attention. I have seen many, a but too many, ai generated books and novels both on digital platforms and on amazon but the worst prt is that those are doing well than many authors that have potential. All these books are also repetitive, they have the same kind of a few tropes that follow each other like a shadow, they hold no meaning just amusement. Writing is meant to express what an author experiences or discovers, it isn’t for fane or money. I’ve seen many people say, “I use ai to express my thoughts and feeling.” But how the hell do you express those to ai if you can’t express to us? Just get better dude. There is no uniqueness of a self in ai generated slop. They just say, “Write a unique story of a knight betrayed by his kingdom and later he marries the princess.” This is the kind of sht Im seeing. While I’m here bleeding the philosophy of contradictions on a sheet of paper, people are there reading stories of a weak hero getting stronger just cuz it is simple of understand and just what they are built to expect. Fck this AI, I don’t like them using my work for getting better while they just twist the interpretation into simpler structures. Stop using AI irresponsibly people, we are better than this. We have a mind to think and emotions to feel, we are machines to accept what we are presented with, to accept what we are told to. We are humans, we are living creatures not a code of zeroes and ones meant to act in a definitive way.
