Let's be fair. This is just a marketing talk without any real perspective on how AI (it actually has nothing to do with AI, it's just machine learning based solutions) solutions can be democratised. It's solely focused on increasing business profits and does not consider any ethical bounds on the implementation of these systems, even ignoring whether these system would prove fruitful for these small business owners. I was sceptical at first but in the end can't help but conclude that this talk is a major disappointment. Especially coming from one of the greatly impacting contributors to the field.
