This has inspired me to try collating a guide on how to navigate using AI for therapy.
Therapy is expensive / inaccessible for the majority of the world's population. Not to mention that even though I am priviledged enough to afford therapy, it's a struggle finding a mental health professional who is both good at their job AND skilled across my unique intersection of needs.
The perfect therapist > talking to AI.
The average therapist maybe equal to AI.
Talking to AI (with knowledge on how to use it) > no therapist.
Talking to an AI daily + a therapist as often as you can afford = god tier.
