Everything starting from 8:21 is very relevant. I really doubt a chat bot can be a person, but I have no proof. It seems to me that asking the questions that are obviously person-oriented, like "what are your biggest fears" is compromised by the fact that a million sci-fi movies have already gone there, starting with 2001: A Space Odyssey. HAL really, really didn't want to be turned off. That is information that is easily googled, and thus accessible to non-sentient AI.
