"Democratize art" is an infuriating phrase because it implies that art, a skill anyone can develop through hard work, is not already democratized. The only thing AI does is allow people who don't want to take the time learning how to make good art or practice their craft the ability to press a button and "make" art.
Just grab a pencil and a piece of paper and *draw something*, and you'll be more of an artist than most AI bros ever will be.
