While AI art is just objectively incredible, especially in regards to the technology involved, it would never replace actual artists. Sure you can make cool stuff with AI, but nothing that can be used in a professional manner. At least not without the need for a HUMAN artist to edit all the janky ai bits, poses, colors, proportions, and whatever else needs to be fixed or modified. I see ai art as a starting point, it's fantastic for quickly generating concepts (especially when you get hit with the dreaded art block) that you can use as reference, but not so much for being used as a finished product.
