So, the problem is not that AI has no point of view --- it's that it has too many. So, you could say "hey, AI, make a piece of music that a person who's a cross between John Lennon and Johann Sebastian Bach might compose if he was trying to express how it feels to take a walk in the rain," and would be able to adopt that perspective.
