Why would we want human drivers if autonomous trucks result in less accidents, reduce shipping time, reduce cost of shipping... It's a preposterous economic argument to claim that we should keep human drivers "for the jobs". Why not pay people to dig holes in their backyard if the sole goal is to create jobs.
