a gpt won't be able to accurately recite any one thing you train it on given the such extremely limited examples you give to it while chatting about sensitive stuff. It doesn't work that. It only 'remembers' patterns its seen many, many times. So unless you are having the same conversation with it, bringing up the same sensitive information each time hundreds or thousands of times and OpenAI for some reason decides to train the model on all of your chats, unless all that's true, you really don't have to worry about the AI giving away your secrets. However there are many human eyes involved in analyzing conversations had with the ai for evaluation and training purposes and those people will probably give out a small chuckle that melts into breif and insignificant empathy before quickly pressing next
