The only way I use AI is when I’m plumb out of ideas to draw, so I ask ai to think of a topic. Just giving it ideas like “I want a topic for reference. Think of an environment that’s something warm, with a rustic aesthetic. No images, just the description.” or “give me a challenge of what I should draw”. That way it’s still your art, it’s just an idea brought to light by AI. It’s no different than taking commissions.
