What it is for me is ai image generation should be used for artists who cant draw or paint i have alot of reasons making it very difficult for me to pick up a pen pencil or paint brush and put my thoughts down on paper however i still have thoughts that i want to create so ill write them and then to help visualize them ill use ai to generate images of what places the characters in my head might go to the art isnt the images the art is the written story the images simply help those who cant properly see it the way i see it and i understand this is less accurate than if i were to just draw or paint the scnery and characters but i physically cannot and if i allow someone else to do it then i may not get what i see it as it may not be entirely my story anymore so ai is nice ofcourse im saying this with the intentions of stating its a tool its not supposed to just be slap in a prompt and then get a image corporations use it like that and they use it to replace people which is bad people should use it either to make up for a handicap or to assist them in art maybe generate some random images of scenery write a story about the place the ai puts together or recreate it in your style and tey to do a better job than the machine theres plenty of ways ai images can be positives and can be useful and can work for artists but its constantly misused tonthe point its hard for many people to see how its supposed to be used
