There are millions of people without jobs overall in the west, how about you give them these tasks?
OR and here me out there, train criminal psycologists and overall more justice workers and have them do this.
AND Then have maybe companies, and this just a thought not very novel i guess, have these companies pay taxes so the justice system can afford the workforce to work through this filth created by our own criminals.
