I can instantly tell from Shad's own actual art that he's one of those artists that are in denial about their actual skill level. Instead of facing the reality that you need to hunker down and practice the fundamentals to ascend beyond what a 14yo kid doodles in his math notebook, he's deluded himself into thinking that he's already there. That he's already reached a professional level mentally and the AI is just a natural extension of his born genius. There's actually a pretty interesting form of Dunning-Kruger reinforcement at play here, and I fear that many younger artists will fall into the same trap now that this tech is running rampant, which is unfortunate because it's not like getting into art was easy even before all this.
