Awesome deep dive. Yes all that seems sensible. Still you don't need copyright to make a ton of money with it, you just can't sue someone for also using it after generation. I'm kind of still worried about the use of copyrighted work to train AI without the knowledge or consent of an author, because companies are using artist own work against that same author
